I don't want to rehash all the issues on ESOP but just thought posters might be interested in another example. Novita Health Care just issued options to their new CEO - as " a sign-on and long-term incentive for Mr. Smith to join Novita Health Care as Chief Executive Officer". The exercise price is $0.03c. The shares are currently trading at $0.03.3c so it will be interesting to see what impact the issue has on the market.
