I'm afraid this is the Jason Brewer influence coming through in this announcement. Incredibly vague and open ended even at this early stage in the game, and the market has sold off accordingly. Holders of his other past companies (CCC, KAB etc) suffered the same frustration. They both turned out to be duds.
I'd suggest researching the following to see how a Jason Brewer company is run;
