Change of name, page-9

I will be attending the AGM this year. I've re-read the annual report 3 tines now and I want to know exactly what has happened to the company in 12 months to make the wage bill almost double from $310k last year to $600k this year when we have only taken Colin on in $15k a year. MT has had a $77k wage rise, the "consulting fees" have doubled from $17.5k to $35k, yet here we are; no revenues, finances "are a going concern", a CR due at Christmas. It is a joke!!! Hope to see other shareholders there too
