... Which is why I think we can expect them to translate it to law when licensing powers are technically transferred to Holyrood.
I am sure Ineos et al with have lawyers poring over this decision as I type, but it certainly looks as though the industry is on the back foot just now. Can any of you see any grounds on which this decision might be overturned by legal action - even it it could be that could take years couldn't it?
