I had a look at the auditors report and it says
the directors of the company are responsible for the preparation of the financial report that gives a true and fair view ,and for such internal control as the directors determine ,to enable the preparation of the financial report ,,free from material mistaement
then ms ambrosini is the cfo ,the company secretary and a director and prepares the company accounts for 7 years and now prepares a new set of acounts and says the last 7 years were ?
mr Goh says good corporate governace is the key
was he also the chairman when these accounts were signed off
where is Asic
