As far as I'm aware:
Trade Halt: you can still place orders but they will not be actioned until trading resumed.
Voluntary Suspension: All orders are cancelled. You will need to re-add your order after the suspension.
They are still on the market and will resume trading after the given date/time.
I could be wrong, please do your own research.
