Can't agree more. The implementation team/software is ready, the offering is on the table. My only concern is that the announcement focuses on too may "ifs" and "potential" and may fall into the IOT spruiking kind of trap. But then, irreverence seems to be a fashionable trend for the 20 something. THD can be a great goer (or a gone case)!
