And no, I wasn't advocating for a placement at less than NTA, I think on NTA would make more sense given they're always rabbiting on in webcasts about not paying a premium. I realise there's value in going higher, and they emphasised this in their announcement - "every dollar raised will increase the value of CDM on a per share basis", so I get your point, but I'd still rather not pay a premium to participate.
But as I said, it's only a small premium anyway, so it's a bit of a moot point, especially if Sept was a good month and the NTA has already increased closer to $1.259.
