I think going overseas isnt such a bad move, its however the execution of doing it. The management team have no experience.
To have an overseas strategy requires quick and disciplined work and be able to integrate business within the bread and butter without fuss. The executive and board have focused on overseas while leaving the domestic market on auto pilot and youve seen whats happened.
