I don't disagree with you but I think I'm probably a little more optimistic. I don't think we're overvalued, I think we're correctly valued for the next 6-12 months IF we are an established business. At the ASX average PE, we're about where we should be (mid-40s).

However, if you look at this as a new, up and coming business with strong growth potential and give it a higher PE and/or look further ahead into the future (12+ months) then we are undervalued. Having said that, the old $1 dream is a long way away UNLESS one of the game changers we mentioned comes to fruition.

But I completely agree with your call that this forum needs to stop hyping the dream and focus on tangible facts. It consumes a lot of time to read through all the fluff before finding any information that is useful in valuing the company.
