My take on Bass Straight is that there are potentially only small pickings left, coupled with a small percentage ownership means not that much good news.
For ARQ in general I am thinking small operator with limited major play access, may be a couple of quick upturns, just nothing company building?
You may be right, last roll of the dice may be CB to make it as a major.
