RE: China...Company advised on the 18 June of a significant delay in forcast china sales as further evaluation and review by a number of Chinese government departments is still required.

HGR are now talking about a possible license agreement with China rather than an agency sale arrangement.
My experience with the chinese is that if they can copy it they will. I Have an acquaintance with factories in China and trust me he does not acknowledge patents. Im sure this will change with time.
