short answer is 'No'. But neither is there binding offtake for it.

The longer answer might (and this is pure speculation) be the subject of tomorrows announcement. It may be there is funding, plus binding offtake as well as floor and ceiling prices. There are a number of things that could be in play including revisiting the binding offtake agreement on better terms (assuming the further offtake is with the same partner) and we will see tomorrow. I have faith in the management of this company and I am confident they are working in the interest of the shareholders.

This has been a long haul but the light at the end of the tunnel is burning with significant intensity.
