That ANN should just about over-subscribe the SPP imo....amidst the cuurent graphite demand/price increases and positive outlook, while 'closing in' on imminent deals, l thought TM's last 11 words of the ANN were the best indication about how exciting Q4 is going to be for VRC " ....to rapidly advance both key operational and funding milestones this year." IMO..the ducks are paddling furiously below the surface with aim to start building this mine early next year.
