The term exception not the rule is my experience with consolidations, meaning history dictates especially at small cap end they usually end in tears.
They end in tears as what the company is trying to do in bolster the investment grade of the stock before the fundamentals are ready for increased scrutiny of professionals.
This is NOT the case with LYC, have not lost a seconds sleep, if sleep is to be lost I'm more of a 'current dilution' guy lol
