    Few fund managers are exiting PSV and as usual these guys dump their shares, it's not their bloody money. ...buyers are few and far so at some stage this one is going to be a bargain... say 6 to 7c
    Once changes in management is done to the requirement of major shareholders and funds are raised! PSV could go up to 20c in quick time...
    There is alot of gold in those hills...I tell u..
