On the bright side, over 500k shares have been bought & sold so far today. Who knows, Bergen could be using HAV's money to increase its position?
By the way, in addition to the 6.2m shares at 33c, Bergen received 353k free shares, bringing its VWAP down to 31.2c.
"HAV only receives $450,000 net cash upfront"
If Bergen bought its 6.6m shares on market, existing shareholders would be rewarded. The opposite seems to be the case here, again. What is the Board thinking?
