I'll believe its over when both the 10dma and 20dma are rising. Currently they are both falling.
I could be wrong, but I doubt it. The last twenty days of action, especially paying someone for run the BOTS etc, is all about picking up sizable volumes at low prices. I don't think that goal is anywhere near complete.
So I don't think that they are going to pack up shop just yet. They could be waiting for a large red day on the US markets as the S&P has been rising 6 green days in a row. Maybe that's why they are holding off.
