Pepe, yes there were 3 articles published by Uspiked earlier this year. Management would have been well aware of the content but nevertheless decided to proceed with the transaction. Dr James Campbell ( CEO Patrys), Dr Greg Collier ( Chairman POH, IVX), lawyer Brett Heading ( Jones Day, former Invion Chairman)
didn't come down in the last shower. They would have done due diligence before proceeding. I am sorry for all those sellers today at 4 cents you may have spooked.
