What's the catch?

Hopefully not a silly question, but this stock seems to fluctuate between 0.001 and 0.002 and I notice that there are some sales at both prices with a reasonable enough volume, so maybe incorrectly I've ruled out it being a bot or something that buys at 0.002 to inflate the price.

What's the downside/problems here with just buying a load at 0.001, then selling at 0.002, seeing as it just continues to fluctuate? I understand the risk of course being that it could go to 0.. but what am I missing, assuming I didn't just make some great discovery.
