I just got in today thinking there was value here, but like you said it does depend a little on whether the payments come through or not. If they don't then we are left exposed to a CR, which at these prices I'd have to pick up some more.
Take all of the other things away and the resource looks more than promising, but we do need to get drilling and prove it up.
