That's how KM got the sale done, once Union reps were on Board and creditors such as K&S,BIS,etc who would have received around 70 cents in the dollar it was a done deal. Some employees had to accept the 10% pay cut but now feel comfortable that the outstanding Gupta has come to the rescue.
The smaller creditors such as yourself get the crumbs while the banks laugh at everyone else including the shareholders despite creating the mess lending $600m on a dud asset with no security.
KM are the banks lackies, won't be changing anytime soon.
