Heard that the 9.0c buyers do not get stock until the 6th or later. The ones selling now are likely selling in anticipation of the price heading back to 9.0c or to pay for the CR stock. With the deal apparently well over subscribed the flippers might not take too long to churn out. I imagine that management will have some news flow planned to ensure that the SP will not suffer for too long.
