Although I think it would be very difficult to forecast future profit when they haven't decided what the service fees will be.
The focus group results, outlined in the presentation, are promising... Seems like people might be more willing to use non-bank atms if they know what they are being charged.

I wasnt exactly sure what the RBA meant when it states "that the new regime would commence no later than 1 October 2008". Is that a deadline that ATM Networks should be striving for to adopt the changes? I hope Customers can clarify.
Looks like its another year before we see substantial gains with this one.
