    Tthis is not before time, however it is very difficult for an ISP to determine what is the correct P2P traffic, as a matter of interest just check out whirlpool.net.au to see the responses of internet users who bleet when every an ISP clamps down on P2P traffic.

    It has always been a matter of interest that these users would not go to a video shop and pinch a video, but have no problem to download the latest video release.

    IMHO the sooner that this ceases the better it will be.
