With 371 million warrants exercisable at 2.37 cents, 8 million warrants convertable at 2.5 cents and the convertable note worth another 687 million shares any talk of a take over has to go through Ridgeback. Ahjay probably the reason they haven't done anything is because they don't have to. The majority of the warrants are good till 2020 and are only around their exercise price. The convertable note is earning 3%. So they can sit back and watch things develop (The trials) and if a takeover comes along (which I believe it will) they are in the drivers seat.
