One thing I forgot to mention, the next auction date will not be announced for a while, Gemfields have moved their next auction from Dec to Nov, putting pressure on our auction in Oct in that there is a quick fallback position for anyone who doesnt get the inventory they want.
Also I dont know if Tiffaneys will attend, but they are willing to purchase Mustang Rubies either directly or indirectly.
The Chinese buyers were plural - more than one. Red is such an important colour in China, the emerging middle class will provide great demand in my opinion.
