    Oct 6 (Reuters) - PO Valley Energy Ltd (PVE)

    • In proposed major re-organisation of Italian oil and gas assets into larger aim-listed play
    • Will emerge with a 51 percent stake in enlarged Saffron which will be chaired by Sound Energy CEO James Parsons
    • Sara Edmonson, PO Valley's chief executive officer, will assume role of Saffron CEO
