    Hi Folks

As stated last night I have sent an email to the company.
For transparency I have posted it word for word here. I'd encourage those who do to do the same. Lets get a bit of a picture here as to whats being sent to the company and how..or even if..they respond.

For the record my name has been sent to the company and not attached here.

Time to turn up the heat and look for answers. We've been patient enough.
Accountability starts off as an acorn....not an oak. Dont sweat the small stuff..cos its all small stuff.
    Seems Uran don't 'get this'.

If I was one of the officials dealing with Uran from a CIS country i'd be more than interested to see what their shareholder relations were like. Speaks volumes.
A quick look at the threads on HC would make that very clear.

"The recent announcement placed after market yesterday afternoon again demonstrates a total lack of understanding that the company appears to have in dealing with the Czechs and in the CIS regions generally.

The fact this information was 'allegedly' available before yesterday 'again' points to issues of integrity and ethics with this company and its indifferent approach to shareholder communications.

How long is it going to take before the company finally realises and accepts this?.

After emailing you any number of times with respectful, yet 'challenging' questions, I get no response. Not from the company. Not from the new Chairman who doesnt appear to want to say anything, and certainly not from a Managing Director who doesnt appear to be in touch with not only the countries she is dealing with, but importantly, like the whole company, its shareholders.

I invested in this company based on the ASX released statements surrounding the Ukraine projects that were slated as production opportunities this year. The Discovery deal, after two lapsed option periods went quiet. The company did not update shareholders. The apparent conflict of interest with the managing director and the Discovery deal is being questioned by a number of shareholders.Whats going on? Why not update shareholders with what appears to be information now readily available?

I am tired of continued delays, no communications, and deals that 'go quiet'. The reasons why the company continues to not release information are no longer there. Declassification and secrecy issues lifted...and some time ago. Uran apparently told that Ukraine agreements made 'last year' are still intact. What is the issue here? Why look to appeal applications in Czech when you allegedly have 2 ready to go projects in Ukraine?
It doesnt add up Uran. In fact one might assume that this constant hunt for the next project/application is a diversion tactic and a clear indicator of being unable to follow through on completing any deals of note. As a shareholder I was disappointed by the recent Bulgarian announcement. Seems to me Uran are moving further away from their stated objectives.
I am also disappointed at the new approach of stating "Not before.." announcements. Theres no accountability for an 'outcome' in that approach. 'Again' it demonstrates more of a committment to the 'process'...and unfortunately this company has demonstrated that it can do the negotiations, the applications (that is 'the process') but cannot seem to close on the 'outcomes'...the deals.
The language used in your announcements this year inparticular is vague and non committal. The Bulgarian announcement a very clear example.

And what of Uzbekistan the advanced project the MD stated as being on board this year? The company hasnt mentioned anything of it for nearly 6 months.

Fact is you have visited any number of countries all over the world, spent millions of shareholder dollars in the process, used secrecy and confidentiality as a reason not to update shareholders, and again, in over 12 months have nothing tangible to show for that approach. Hows it working for you Uran? Shareholders are now looking at a shareprice 80% below the highs reached earlier this year. We have endured major shareholders 'selling out', opportunistic placements to sophisticated investors that placed even further downwards pressure on the shareprice, and to top that off a SPP that excacerbated that. We can add to that the selling off of the only tangible asset this company had.
And throughout this year the company has not adequately updated shareholders as to the developments...or not.. of its projects. Pretty ordinary. Particularly based on the very big statements the Managing Director made in late 2006 and the former chairman Michael Kiernan made at the recent EGM....before departing shortly afterwards.

How do you rate yourselves Uran on these performances?

Acknowledge the feedback that you are not only getting from your shareholders, but also the countries you are dealing with. Seems to me theres some very big issues that are not being dealt here or even identified. Your approach is not working. Do something about it.

There are some very big question marks on management here. How are you going to answer them ?"

    Yours sincerely
