Looks like their trial lasts for another four of five years, so we have a long period to establish ourselves before they potentially enter the market. They are also in partnership with DPI, and they are likely to be quite anal from a regulatory perpsective.
As well, I'd have thought their product will be quite different in the kitchen to CSS' product and that grown in Japan - both in much colder waters. If we don't have our act together with loyal markets in the northern hemisphere by then their entry won't bother me as I will have divested a long time ago
