Jamie has over 30 years’ experience in commerce and law, both in investment banking and private legal practice. He has studied and worked in Australia, London and Belgium. He is currently Managing Director of Primary Markets Advisory. Previously he was Head of M&A Advisory at Patersons Securities and prior to that Head of Corporate Finance at Phillip Capital (formerly Austock Securities). Jamie has a deep understanding of all aspects of corporate finance, specialising in providing corporate and strategic advice to private and public companies in relation to equity capital raisings including IPO’s and MBO’s, sell-downs, takeovers, mergers, acquisitions and divestments, venture capital and capital management. Jamie has held numerous board positions in both listed companies and private companies. He is a past President of the NSW Division of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
