wall, you are smarter than that!! the vote is to ratify the handing out of 1,025,000.options to contractors etc. and the options they want to hand to the new directors etc. and the new shares for rasing more funds.
these are new things to be voted on!! and kate yes the majority of shares holders will make all things happen so if your with us (the majority) you will vote "no" and also vote these directors out (when the time comes) to be replaced with professionals!! this will happen sooner than you think and all for the better of GWR.
