I have to say they are classed as insto's in the documentation I provided, but don't get me wrong I'm in the same boat as you as to whether insto's are accumulating or not and have put many posts up about it before. Insto's simply don't leave money sitting around that's not moving for this length of time without reason.
And your commentary on the board is spot on IMO, hopefully everyone remembers we actually paid the people responsible for what was announced and acts accordingly on their ballot papers soon to show their dissatisfaction.
The SP is in my belief a little oversold and should get back to the mid 50's on the smallest amount of decent news.
