While I'm no apologist for "the market", to be fair, it wasn't "the market" that caused MSB's finances to be managed in the manner that they have been.
And it isn't the market that has been the cause of a lack of transparency.
And it isn't the market that has caused milestones to be articulated, without any explanation when those milestones are missed.
