Thanks for the sobering thought Goof. I can't help but think of the internal face slapping I do when I think about the free ride the government(s) are giving to Adani (capex for a train line (or as the government laughingly call it a 'loan' to be 'repaid'), royalty discounts, environmental concessions blah blah) all for the sake of a few temporary jobs over the next decade until the coal mine is mothballed because renewables are so cheap.
Not dissimilar to what Malaysia did for Lynas, so I get the angiush of some who probably looked at that deal like I look at Adanis. (except RE demand should outlast coals)
