OBJ Limited (ASX: OBJ) is pleased to advise that the Company has engaged the executive recruitment agency Omera Partners based in Sydney to assist in the recruitment of a Chairman to the Board of Directors. The new position will replace outgoing Non-Executive Chairman, Mr Glyn Denison, who announced his intention to retire on 31 August 2017. Omera Partners will seek suitable candidates from within Australia as well as internationally. The role of the new Chairman will include corporate governance, shareholder advocacy, investor relations and international corporate negotiations. The Company’s Board renewal and succession planning commenced with the recent appointment of Mr Steven Schapera as a London-based Non-Executive Director who has particular expertise in product distribution. It is expected that Omera Partners will also be engaged to conduct an Executive appointment following the appointment of the Chairman.
