The Investor (Bergen) will invest $2.0 million in Havilah by way of a subscription for a fixed number of 6,212,121 shares at $0.33 per share
during the next 20 months commencing one month after the initial investment date, the Investor (Bergen) will make monthly payments to the Company of $102,500 each (Ha Ha yeah right! read below excerpt's from report)

The Company has agreed to make a payment of $1,600,000 to the Investor (Bergen) in consideration of the Investor’s (Bergen) entry in the Funding Agreement. This payment may be offset by the Investor (Bergen) from the Subscription Amount,

*Illustrative Example: Impact of Relevant Price on monthly payment. Payment: $102,500 adjusted by:
Relevant Price is $0.10 greater than the market price on 2 October 2017 (i.e. $0.39) Increase payment of $18,636
Relevant Price is $0.10 less than the market price on 2 October 2017 (i.e. $0.19) Decrease payment of $43,485

    HMMMM 20 payment X $102,500 each equals $2,050,000.
But if share price stays @ 19cents (heading there fast) 20 payments X $59,015 each equals $1,180,300 Certainly not $2.05 million as stated.
Clearly if this scenario plays as it appears it’s heading Investor (Bergen) will not pay anywhere near $2,050,000 for their Havilla shares with options. Something appears very wrong here with Havilla’s headline in ASX report.
In the meantime the company has lost about 25% of it’s value in a few days.
