    Oct 6 (Reuters) - Farm Pride Foods Ltd (FRM) :

    • Entered into an agreement with Clearmedal Pty to acquire business and associated assets of Darling Downs fresh eggs
    • Deal for $6.5 million
    • Acquisition is expected to be earnings accretive in FY19
