Has the placement not occured yet? It was for SI's only as I called foster and tried to participate. I believe it was allocated already and thought that was what the recent price cap has been from?? My thoughts are As it was run by Forster most participants were existing holders already and at least 20m of this placement has been cycled through already.
Just my opinion.
