Hollway and LT please don't take this as a dig at you guys as you are both ok in my book and your opinions are more than welcome in here, but this "deliberately treading water waiting for the Vanadium market" idea is just complete rubbish.
AVL is where it is because of how it has been (mis)managed pure and simple.
You are basically arming the party(s) in question with excuses and that is not a good idea. (remember the sales colleague with all the right excuses Hollway ? full pipeline and full of excuses? never lasted long did they?)
I don't want this to become like another play I regularly watch and it's been the same never ending story for so many years with the same posters spouting the same crap over and over, and hanging onto "sales bs 101 buzzwords" uttered from management whilst going basically no-where.
If you give people excuses for poor performance.......... be guaranteed they will use them !!!!
