Fair enough -- hadn't actually considered the differences between all the groups but you are right about it likely being a yield play and sensitive to potentially different market changes than apartment builders etc -- though I guess in the long run much of it will come down to rising interest rates for everyone.

Interesting read that Hendry article -- even more so since much of the financial media has now been talking about deflation being 'the new normal'.
