Looks the most promising its been in a while.
Lets have a look at the chart-
PRR ASX: lots of volume here at resistance with a spring on low volume. Just need to end the day above the descending trend line.
PRR on NASDAQ. a more bullish chart imo. a nice ascending scallop and handle. with lower volume down days. support is 1.9ish
