Given the file name urans-kate-hobbs-keeps-a-stiff-upper-lip do others who have read it interpret it as a bullish article?
SP3 said that no ASX announcement necessary as it is a rehash of old announcements - can some one point me to an announcement that actually says that any of the opportunities they are after is a sure thing?
Noting also that it is dated 22 August that pre-dates the 31 August announcement by a fair margin
With that in mind does the article infer that the applications had been declined at that time?
If so doesn't the delay of at least 9 days indicate an integrity issue?
