Actually, TP, one could read GRK's sudden lurch into the Cooper Basin as reflecting some basic fears about the viability of the HDR at OD. I may be cynical, but it seems to me that they're making themselves a safety net in case things go pear-shaped. Perhaps they've done a few tests on HDR and don't like what they see...?
