He is talking about management in-ability to deliver substantial in past few years that could increase share holders value not the dilution. Singing same stories when they need CR and digging one or few holes for broker to enable them to pump and dump their shares....
Won't take much to go back to original price (where it deserves) once the broker is out....
However, I hope they can really change the history in coming months and bring out a good drilling and resource estimation without delay...
