    IMO skin in the game. the bigger the incentive the better. give and get given! Trying to be tight on the barrow pusher, where you need to push the barrow the most will only lead to poor culture and poor performance.

    In my experience being bitter and tight about generous incentives just ends up with being more bitter and tight as they we make no money out of our shares. Which is why we'd be bitter and tight in the first place. Locked in a vicious bitter and tight cycle for ever more!!

    Get good people, reward them, support them, make them hugely wealthy and in doing so you will reap the rewards in spades.

    The key is get good people. If you don't they take the mickey. But MDR has great people. We are all good there.
    Just my thought (and experience).
