ahh ok..so lets say John ramps XYX, its goes up and he dumps it to Fred..

Stop right here. THIS is the freaking problem. No one dumps it to Fred. Fred sees John's ramp, checks out the stock and decides if it fits his trade criteria. If it does, Fred is responsible for his own trade. If it doesn't, Fred is responsible for his own non-trade. End of story. Fred is an adult - yes? Fred has decided to start playing the stockmarket - yes? Fred is responsible for his decisions and if there's one thing Fred is going to learn it is that there is a lot more to trading than just knowing which stocks are going up. Fred has to time his entry. Fred has to time his exit. Fred's trades have nothing to do with John sharing his opinion of a freaking ASX stock and John can mention it 50 freaking times but it is still Fred's responsibility to enter and exit the trade as he sees fit.

poor John, it's always his fault. Let's ban him.

ps Long time no see folks, thought I'd drop by and see how things are. Glad I did. I think.
