I'm not sure if that is what admin are attempting to address with the new no multiple post rule. Prohibit all ramping so that those ramping longer-term holds can no longer do so.

@Madmin can you please explain this rule and importantly what problem it addresses and how it expects to address them and what side-effects it might have and how they might be acknowledged and addressed. Thanks.
