I'm posting this because I just phoned the company.
So just to restate their previous announcements:

1) They have EU approval already

2) Their saliva test is unique in that is just based on testing the saliva rather than using a swab which holds a lot of the saliva in the material and doesn't give as accurate a reading.

3) The saliva test is for 4 drugs not just cannabis, ie heroin, metamphetimines, cocaine.

4) The USA have legislation already that requires all Federal and State employees to be tested for drugs but there is a big market for people in other jobs, for example truck drivers (or any driver for that matter) or people who operate machinery of any kind. Its a health and safety issue. How many other workplaces will be interested in a quick and non-invasive test of this nature?

5) They will announce when they are filing for FDA approval.

6) They have many other products.
