The deal didn't fall through... QQ was dragging its heels so Jerko shut the door and found a better deal in a matter of days. Significantly oversubscribed CR from soph's in literally days. These guys aren't waiting around and wasting dollars with study after study, they are busy getting it done. When they get it done it will pay off for them like nothing else. They aren't here to burn through investors cash, they are full steam ahead towards building a producing lithium company and resulting fortunes for themselves, and in the process the other shareholders might do alright too!
Let's just see how it unfolds over the next 6-12 months...
No point in us all arguing over the detail, DYOR and buy in or not. Simples.
Alarm bells ring when some caring stranger drops by to save us all from ourselves.. If you don't think it's a good buy, then don't. If you have something constructive to add, please do. If you wants to ramp either way, then save yourself the time and don't bother.
